I’m starting to get my shit together to join the local art society as a full member. I need at least 4 originals for sale to be assessed. I am *very* tempted to submit some of my Badminton pieces.

On top of everything else, I’m currently in the pink section of this. Rationally, I know I’ve got a lot better. All I can see are the bits I messed up (and I know there are always bits like that, but in the green section they feel like they work).

Gambit was called Gambit after he found a pack of playing cards as a kitten and created utter chaos. He never met a lice of cardboard that he didn’t turn into Art.

Holy shit those are big cats. Bruce Banner is over 8kg (but is terrified of 3.8kg Ripley), and he has been my yardstick for “Absolute Unit) since he turned up a few years back.

This was Elsa’s reaction to seeing me the first time I bleached my hair (from dark brown).
I managed to get him neutered and have an inter ear infection sorted out. He learned to meow (Elsa is Siamese cross and very vocal) and a couple of years ago purred for the first time. He’ll now (6 years later) sit next to me, half on the sofa and half on my lap.
