Well, color me shocked when Zippy’s called ME profusely apologizing and saying they forgot my Mac salad and how unacceptable that was. They are sending coupons and also gave me a free pastry when I walked back to get it. Like wut.

I ordered extra Mac salad because I love it (hello Midwestern showing). Well, they forgot the extra Mac salad and I didn’t realize until I got back. I was disappointed but it wasn’t worth going back to say something and it wasn’t a big deal really.
