The First Amendment protects you from being executed even if you straight up said that troops should disobey legal orders. You could scream that at the top of your lungs outside a military base, and you still can’t be punished in any way, shape, or form. It’s freedom of speech.

Dick Cheney was a monster who lied us into a war and is responsible for hundreds of thousands of deaths.
He only seems to look good now because Trump is even worse.

Morally there is no difference. Them killing women for those reasons is wrong, and us killing civilians without due process is also wrong. Drug prohibition is irrelevant - they‘re only accused, not proven guilty; and drug smuggling isn’t usually a capital crime.
Both are unjustified murders.
