Hello, Bluesky! I'm Jeff, a staff research engineer at the University of Pittsburgh Rehab Neural Engineering Labs. I provide engineering support to our intracortical brain-computer interface studies, with the goal of restoring motor and sensory function to those with paralysis.

It just occurred to me the reason there are so few people at this international student career fair is that they are probably very unsure about their future in this country and if they will be able to find employment. Especially because so many of them are in STEM fields that rely on NIH grants. 😩
