Jeff. A creature of habit, taste and dislikes. Busy doing nothing. Tired of people.
A remarkable result in the end - well done to our Scottish friends.

You mean your Evergreen tree, right? That's what we're calling it these days... 😉

If that method works for you, then fair enough. Whatever you decide to do, good luck! I hope whichever route you take works out, as being happy in doing what you do is important. I say that speaking from my own experiences.

For example, what steps you need to take and how they will enable your change in career. What's feasible, achievable and by when. It's helped a few people I know, but it may not be your cup of tea - everyone is different. You might just say 'fuck it, I'm going to to that instead'.

Of corse there are a few more things to think about and consider, but a decent plan might help your direction of travel. I've had a couple of 'mentors' who have often spoken about 1, 3 and 5 year plans - personal and professional. It's about what works for you, and how you might get to that point.

My advice would be to look at alternative areas. The principals of Project Management are pretty similar wherever you go, but you may find a different environment more rewarding, at least in the short term whilst you a). take care of your growing family and b). find out what you really want to do

I wouldn't say a career change, but I have moved into a different sector, and whilst I have some gripes with my current role and organisation, the change of environment has been refreshing. That could be the compromise if you're not willing to take risk of ditching your current career entirely.

I also find it amazing the amount of guys who simply don't care, and walk into work half gone. I don't like the stuff - it's not for me, yet I get that it's peoples bag (excuse the pun), but keep that shit and your lingering pong at home.

First time in a long time. I think Pep likes Stones for his experience in the Champions League - he brings a level of composure which is sometimes needed. I suspect the decision to leave Cherki on the bench is about managing minutes, and saving him for what should be a tight game on Sunday.

#ManCity have dropped off since I wrote this. Maybe a few tired legs, or a lack of concentration. Regardless, they need to step up the intensity before Dortmund can build on their goal.

Interesting - I have a feeling Pep will try to shoehorn John Stones into the side, but I'm not that would be in place of. I also think we'll see Savinho (not that I think he warrants a start), with Cherki (undeservedly) dropping to the bench.

Hopefully #ManCity can offer a sterner test.
