Could a example of hope be running in shorts when it’s 45 degrees at 645 am? Especially after snow and sleet on Saturday. Felt great. The shady spots were a little chilly. But it’s all good.

First run (run/walk) after a 752 day February. Grateful that my algorithm seems to be runners working hard at being better or at least getting out there. Thanks for the inspiration that got me out the door today.

Coming this weekend to a mainline church (or a church that follows the lectionary): “But love your enemies, do good, and lend, expecting nothing in return” from Luke 6:27-38. The easiest passage to preach? The hardest to hear?
