Could a example of hope be running in shorts when it’s 45 degrees at 645 am? Especially after snow and sleet on Saturday. Felt great. The shady spots were a little chilly. But it’s all good.

It’s easy to get caught up in the big picture craziness so that it overwhelms us. So don’t forget (I have) to reach out to those people around you (or those you don’t see as much anymore) and let them know that they are important, that they mean something to you, that you value them.
