That was a weak statement and a wasted opportunity. He starts by saying "I wasn't detained" and ends with "don't spray graffiti" in a boring monotone. Democratic party is doomed. Even Schumers statement was slightly more impassioned. How do these people get to be Senators? David Hauge is right.
