I guess Roger Williams isn't nationally recognized. General Ambrose Burnside is though.

You can get these cute little ziplocs from Amazon (and elsewhere). Vacuum sealing sounds fun, but I've experimented some and I think it would be hard. Unless maybe you could buy a long and narrow tubular bag?

I also wanna say 'falcon tubes' but I think labware is icky for food.

The only way this could be better is if it had a third Shatner

I'm very slow. I never realized that was a book. And I grew up in MA and would ride my bike past our town line sign all the time.

It also took me forever to realize what these jagged NH highway signs were all about. Similarly, I never understood why OH had underwear on their signs.

If they hire you, will you hire me?
Their stuff has that same spirit. Not quite home made, but it's high tech stuff made to be affordable enough for me to buy it. And well written supporting materials and videos.

Googie architecture was also an option.
Why did we stop with that?

Ah, I see (I think). I do think it's strange that we are bathed in it. Even gas pumps and the fancy new coffee machine at work have screens. I think you're right that we need a word other than consume b/c that word implies to me that we have some choice.

I chose this one b/c I think it'll look nice on my AI generated house with a blocked doorway to nowhere on the second floor. I don't have a stretched minivan, but I do covet one.

Today on Amazon... They are still experimenting with button colors and I still dislike it.

Also, I may have greatly underestimated the cobra danger posed by my broken dryer vent.

I'm in Prov now of course, but I grew up near there - Springfield was the big city for us.

One fun thing to check out are the museums. Small, but world class. Several all in one place. springfieldmuseums.org

Also home to the Dr. Seuss museum

We are soooo doomed. Relationships with LLMs are whatever. But there are people out there who are excited to have AI design even smarter AI. As an evolutionary biologist, I can confidently say that that is the worst thing possible.

I'm adding these two books to my reading list. So should you!

I long to live in the cozy world of a mainstream coffee brand commercial though.

Margaret Hamilton is my role model. In more ways than one.
