Yep! I was always a bit over reactive to insect bites etc and got hours long flushes after exercise.

Covid just amped all of that up and gave me a couple of new strong allergies/intolerances - until I figured out how to avoid/douse most flare ups.

Hilariously, long COVID has fired up MCAS for me so now I get an allergic reaction to the COVID vaccine.
