Reminds me of the discussion in late 2016 about stopping trump with the emoluments clause. You would need a democrat party with vastly more testicular fortitude than the one that we're stuck with to do anything like this.

The House Dems need to demand a vote to decertify the 14th Amndmnt's prohibition against insurrectionists holding federal office, to enable #TheRapistTraitor to be seated, also per the 14th. Only Congress can allow him to take office. BUT THE GOP DOESN'T HAVE THE 2/3rd majority VOTES TO CARRY IT.
