So I know #Uber isn’t on this app. So I’ll take this opportunity to continue to bad mouth their customer service. At this point they’ll probably cancel my account instead of owning their mistake. A simple obvious typo, yet their customer service can’t follow simple logic. #WorstCustomerService

Uber Mexico is an absolute joke. You cannot pay 10.86 with cash in pesos. It's literally impossible.
Yet they won't correct a CLEAR typo. The driver left a 1 off when entering the payment amount. That's the only explanation. The refuse to address it. I'm not double paying!!!
