Eh. Like anything else, you learn to manage. Mostly it takes lots of mental planning and multitasking. I prefer finer cooking. My last was line at Radisson flagship in Mpls. Learned a ton there! More applicable to real life. You’re cooking for a fair number of folks, it’s still 1 table at a time.

I started front of the house, then moved to back. First cooking jobs were college food service. I am able to cook Sunday Dinner for 1200 hungry college students only assisted by a couple of surly student workers to manage the “do-this-do-that” tasks.
