The essay is buried in this article. It reads like an arrogant high-school kid’s Reddit post, written after they got home from church. Never mind the grammatical errors. I would have prob failed it as well, subject-matter aside.

If I hear about a nurse shortage one more time, I’ll scream. We have a friend who graduated last year, and he’s been struggling to find a decent job since. No one wants to hire him because he’s “a new grad.” He doesn’t “have ten years exp.” “We don’t have training for new nurses…”
