Eric Adams announcement interrupted by protesters who call him a criminal and accuse him of selling out the city to Donald Trump

The crowd breaks into chants of “Eric, Eric” and “Four more years” as the mayor descends the City Hall steps.

Andrew Cuomo is in Harlem to receive endorsements from former Gov. David Paterson and Manhattan Dem chair, Keith Wright. Four years ago, both threw their support to Eric Adams.

After the first group of protesters, another man tried to interrupt Cuomo at the forum. He was escorted out. This was supposed to be a friendly crowd for Cuomo since forum organizers had endorsed him.

“No drama, no scandal, no nonsense, just competence and integrity,” Adrienne Adams says in summing up her candidacy.
