Forum has returned to normal. Cuomo addressing mental illness, says if a person is in danger of harming themselves or others, the “humane” thing to do is get them help “not leave them on the street.

After the first group of protesters, another man tried to interrupt Cuomo at the forum. He was escorted out. This was supposed to be a friendly crowd for Cuomo since forum organizers had endorsed him.
