More pressure to get this on insurance formulary coverage so people can pay $25 and their insurance pick up the next $550 and then their plan rates to go up by another 30% next year and more money for the middlemen all along.

A lot of time the hospital is paid a set amount based on the primary diagnosis. So the hospital is pressured to get the patient out. The insurance company couldn't give a shit.
