These are photos from several winters in the past. We do usually get many cardinals when it snows, but we're not there yet.

We get them like this almost every year--I think our surrounding area must be a great habitat for cardinals. They are almost always in pairs.

No this photo was from a few years ago in winter. I think we had a whole extended family of cardinals visiting then. We still get 10-12 during the winter. This fall, we only have 4 but I expect that will increase when the temp decreases.

Quite likely. I wasn't sure of one, so I just counted it as 8 for sure.
