I was thinking the exact same thing. We get most of our TC media from @Wisent. We will switch to @Biobasic for cloning and we have a great relationship with @GénomeProLab in Sherbrooke for all our transgenic flies.

We developed #RESI (Resolution Enhancement by Sequential Imaging), a #DNAPAINT based single-molecule method that achieves 1-2 Å localization precision and sub-nm resolution using a conventional fluorescence microscope and standard reagents. 1/13

We provide data for 23 RABs and have validated numerous associations. Interestingly, we show a functional relationship between RAB14, the EARP tethering complex, and many others. NSERC and a CRMUS research chair supported this study.
