I’m still on FB. Today I saw a post about doing a squat every time you hear one of your kids call, “Mom!” Mine are now 12 and 15…surely this can’t be too bad and ha ha I’ll give it a try!

I heard geese overhead this morning and I had to blink and recall what season I was in. The bi-hemisphere living can really throw you off!
