Young’s opinion, which rules that the Trump admin illegally targeted pro-Palestinian students for deportation, is absolutely scathing.

Watched “The Long Walk” today. I read the book in the late 80’s and it and “The Running Man” always stuck in my mind. As far as I could recall, the director was true to the book right until the end, which I immediately realized was changed. It’s not bad, just different, but when I looked up….

this court says that allowing EPA to regulate carbon emissions is a "major question" that demands congressional debate. but allowing the president to, with a flick of the wrist, end a straightforward constitutional right is something that must be allowed to stand?
