A VP at Banco Popular Puerto Rico received an appraisal report for a marina in USVI that was partially owned by Epstein.Worth mentioning that Banco Popular and FirstBank Puerto Rico were used by Epstein. FirstBank, in particular, was used following Deutsche Bank severing ties.
