This post is salient because I got shamed by the auto repair shop for going too long between oil changes. And I had to be like, “Yeah, well, I chose feeding my family instead. Sorry?”
I will never understand the need to shame your clients or patients. These are people coming to you for your help and service, paying you for your time and talents... So making them feel like garbage for not having done things sooner accomplishes what??
