What i’m most baffled by is the almost complete removal of the custom font on menus on the Xbox version. I can’t imagine there was a memory or tech issue that wouldn’t allow for a custom font. Fonts are very small in file size. Although the menus are on Xbox were compacted quite well.

There are fewer instances of “we have no self awareness about Sonic’s reputation” than Sonic Boom RoL opening with SONIC GETTING GUNNED DOWN! I love they accidentally paid homage to ‘06, LOL. A decade later and it’s still funny!

MHA was a great read. I almost cried a few times. and then THIS finally actually made me cry.

And in terms of the DLC? Even greater artistry, courtesy of Adam Adamowicz, one of the greatest concept artists who ever lived. Oblivion's DLC was his first big gig at Bethesda, and 90% of the look of Fallout 3 and Skyrim can be credited to him. Too bad he passed almost 13 years ago.

The Gold Standard of Stylized PBR? Overwatch and Fortnite.

I DO in fact find Indie games like Tunic and Tooth and Tail visually impressive. Even IF you're in a situation where you can't get anywhere near modern graphical fidelity, you can make compelling visuals as an indie dev. Also to be fair, Minecraft is a masterwork of visual simplicity to me.

#OblivionRemaster I have to admit, Virtuous knocked it out of the freakin' PARK with this. Gameplay improvements, beautiful graphical overhaul, great performance. And very little jank. I don't normally invest in these remasters, but MAN i just couldn't resist. I love the original so much.

Besides overblown but totally understandable Modern Simpsons vitriol, I DO actually believe this game is a total failure of a "parody game". Also Hit and Run is good. I played both a lot as a kid but man...this game. Yes, even the "proper" HD version. I'd love to talk about it more.
