Yes. Although I don't remember people being outraged about the Russians buying ads on Facebook to help Trump win the 2016 election. But a teen sex trafficking ring involving elites, a US territory and 2 US states? There is outrage both here and in the UK.

although there are federal regulations, the Provinces also have provincial regulations, some of which don't allow them to sell certain products outside of the Province, for example, some Newfoundland products are only sold here in the Atlantic Provinces, but not anywhere else
