Thanks everyone who's supported my fly shop. My sales are small potatoes, but it's been way more successful than I dreamed. I've sent flies to 23 zip codes in 17 states, and sold over 3x my expected best case scenario. Thank you all for the support!

Got samples in of my POD camp mug designs and brought one to office camp. Overall, I'm pleased with how they turned out. However, I decided to hit pause on trying to sell them while I figure out whether they fit with my core mission of tying great #tenkara flies.

I was able to get three flies out of the end of this spool. These three flies, to be precise. Had to hold the end of the thread by hand to whip finish the last one but we got it done! Available à la carte or in the Tenkara Starter Collection.

For reference, here is the range of proportions I typically use for sakasa kebari. You can go longer or shorter, heavier or lighter, but this seems to be the sweet spot for me.

Major tying station upgrade from Etsy. This thing is overkill, unnecessarily large, and I love it. Gives a rock solid foundation. The top of the vise came unscrewed without the base budging one bit. Attempting to keep a perfectly good pair of boots out of the landfill. The layes of the outsole were coming unglued, but all the pieces still have a lot of life in them.
