ICE is prohibited from using deadly force against an evading target, but can justify it if they say they are in danger. Immigration officials have shot into 4 cars in recent weeks. In 3 cases they said the target was driving toward them, when it seems more likely the drivers were trying to escape:

It’s like you were in my head when you wrote this. But also, how can country have no place for political violence when political violence is enshrined in the Constitution with the 2nd Amendment?
