The sales teams in my division at work all have bird names like phoenix, vulture, golden eagle etc. I just got promoted to lead a team and we're team Liver Bird.

Just had a 13 year old united fan tell me they're winning the league because they signed Mbuemo, Cunhpa, and Sesko. I was reminded of my youth as a Chicago Cubs baseball fan being sure we'd win it all because we signed George Bell and Danny Jackson.........

I think Isak going this hard to get out of Newcastle is a little extreme, but at this point Newcastle is only hurting themselves keeping him. I don't see how they'll be able to sign quality players without set release clauses after this.

I could be wrong here, but I see Liverpool shopping at the top of the market not just an adjustment to their status as premier League champions but also them viewing more value there versus being played at prices we're seeing in the middle of the market.

I once ran across the whole sabonis family at a Christmas market in Indiana. Everyone was trying to get a picture with Damontis, but Arvydas was just standing quietly to the side and my daughter saw him and was terrified because he was so tall

I believe in religious freedoms. I do not support forcing people to take part in gestures that clash with their stated religious beliefs. If someone is selectively applying those beliefs towards bigotry and not other parts of their religion, they can do that, but I am entitled to judge them for it.
