Forgive me if you've done it already, but do you have anything on McDonald's Big and Cheesy? I worked at Mickey D's in the late 90's and it was just a quadruple cheeseburger. (4 patties, 4 cheese, regular cheeseburger condiments.)

Love Krakauer, and loved this book, but man, did a lot of it piss me off.
