Federal authorities were chided for seizing electronic devices from Tate and his brother, and told to return them, records and interviews show. Experts said the intervention was highly inappropriate.

Had to run a couple of errands, and turned the Sabres game on with 8 minutes left in the first, already up 4-0. Assuming they are done scoring for the evening now that I'm watching.

What a great road win from the Sabres! 3rd game in 4 nights, trailing after 2, with a backup goalie in. Would have been so easy to check out after 2 periods, but Lindy has them playing great hockey. #sabres

Cool night honoring "Jumbo" Joe Thornton at the Sharks vs Sabres game. I once ran into Joe in the restroom at a Tragically Hip show in Hamilton (he was there with Brent Burns). The beard was even more impressive in person.
