Tariffs could really help Chinese companies selling on Amazon , Walmart etc because their Cost of goods sold is lower than their competitors. So the tariff paid will be lower. Increasing the price advantage

For a Portuguese National like me ( a 10 million people poor country ) this is mind blowing and incomprehensible. I had in the last 4 years 2 complete knee replacement surgeries. Each one cost me around 250 USD ! I really love my country and our Public Healthcare System
