Always a highlight of the year, what a fab show to be be the first one we saw in 2025. The brilliant team behind He’s Behind You Pantos absolutely outdid themselves this year. I laughed until chips ran down me nose.

Went to the local farmers market on the mince pie hunt and not one of the stalls had any.
So we nipped round the local coffee shops - on the left, a £2.50 pie from Boulangerie Jade. On the right, the £3 Gails.
Clear winner on all counts, apart from price, was Gails.

Completely absorbed in @richardschoch.bsky.social’s How Sondheim Can Change Your Life which I’ve had on pre-order for months and finally arrived. It’s a wonderful addition to any musical theatre library. Student, scholar or fan, it’s an intelligent and insightful read. Loving it.
