Make sure to learn what your breast density is. Mammograms are not perfect. And consider doing regular self exams. Dense Breasts Canada and Know Your Lemons are great resources.

Get to know your normal! Breasts can have different textures—soft, lumpy, or firm. If you find something hard and immovable, don’t wait. Get it checked by a doctor and insist on imaging. #CanSky #Screen40not50 #SupplementalScreeningForCandD no more #cancerBS
Text says account lump often feels hard like a lemon seed and immovable. But it can be any shape or size then there are three pictures of soft pea which represents milk globes, soft beans, like a kidney bean represents lymph nodes and a hard seed represents a lump that needs to be checked out it could be assist or it could be a malignant tumor.
