My daughter keeps making houses for our cat. She has upped her game to a tent.
She's also started leaving little "offerings" for him, like feathers and pom poms.
In exchange, Fenris guards her room when she's not home, and generally seems annoyed if anyone else talks to her.

My nine year old daughter told me her rocks wanted me to babysit their kids. This is Heavy Gary Jr. and Skull. They're having raspberry for breakfast because I was told they like fresh fruit.
That red ball is their "stress pom pom" for if they get bored.

I go to Canada for five days and we get so much snow they cancel three days of school in a row.

Editing two chapters turned into completely rewriting a new chapter and editing the second one. And it looks very much like tomorrow's "editing two chapters" will end up the same.
