I'm guessing belief is what got me past the 10.10.6 release of jellyfin. A sort of belief that something should work. For me it is story that had been sitting around for about 4 months. Finally had the energy to attack it, seems that jellyfin had changed their networking requirements.

I would think stargazing in VT would be a bit frustrating. Up here in Burlington the number of nights with clear skies is not as high as I would like when going on that road. However my attitude might be slightly colored by my years of stargazing in Texas in earlier years. You're very dedicated!!

Actually the tradition of an "hourly wage" is questionable. A person selling an hour of their time to someone else? If a person sold all of their time to someone else, would that not be slavery which is outlawed? Not sure though how to eliminate it, the Civil War just about tore the country apart.

I'm a bit old school and probably not all that helpful, but my guess is that you'd need to do some php (or perl) programming, ie server side skills. I'm also not helpful in an immediate sense since I haven't done any programming in a decade or two.
