Productive day at home, got the crock pot going and made vegetable soup with lentils and rice, topped with feta and some manchego and a slice of garlic and cheese Texas toast. General opinion in the household is that the soup is a success. ☺️🙏🥣

Imagine how much anti-immigration brainrot you must have to think the problem with Boston traffic is "illegals" commuting into the city from Lowell or Stoughton in their $80,000 Ford F-3500s to work construction jobs downtown. Oh wait that's like, every contractor I see in the city. 🙄

There was a whole Goth Christmas section that we raided to decorate with for the next few months!

Marry someone who'll do that thing you like (help you spend too much on spooky stuff and crafting supplies at Michael's and then buy a little treat after).

Last weekend I attended an author panel and Q&A for romance novelist Lyla Sage. I've never read anything by her (just not my interest) but I was with a friend who was a fan and I wanted to see how things went down.

Sage is 29 years old and has written five novels. She went from self-pub to (1/4)

When you're at a party and you cheekily state that in all your time together your spouse has never bought you jewelry, and your spouse takes this as a challenge and quietly orders you *six* bracelets made of various carefully chosen minerals:

There's like...a half pound of feta cheese on this salad. I think it could feed four people comfortably.

On vacation in rural New Hampshire, and the closest sit-down restaurant must explain to the patrons what makes a salad a "Greek" salad. Amazing.
