You can reference nugets, so no? I think one possible drawback I that .NET programmers are used to looking for a csproj to know what a piece of code references and now you might need to spelunk the C# files but I’m not even sure that’s a problem, larger projects will keep using csproj.

I just looked at github.com/AvaloniaUI/N... and this is crazy but there's a big chunk of C# in your csproj.
