We’re busy researching alternatives for mitigating South Australia’s coastal algal bloom, but nature is doing its own thing. A significant amount of clay has washed down from the Port Willunga cliffs into the ocean. Result: very few dead marine creatures on the beach this afternoon.

So gut-wrenching to see our pristine beaches littered with dead sea creatures; a vast array of species. What have we become that we let oil, coal & gas barons steal the future of a liveable climate, all for temporary profit at any cost?
Are we screwed or can we lift ambition?

Yes, the world is acting way too slowly on climate chaos.
But sometimes the speed of transition takes your breath away.

Why would anyone take seriously political analysis from Murdoch press & Sky News. Just over 3 weeks ago their front page story had Chris Bowen in danger of losing his seat on 19% support.
Reality: approx 45% primary vote & likely 60% TCP; energy Minister easily re-elected.

Next they should underground the VIC->SA Interconnector so we can reliably support eastern states grid with SA’s excess wind+solar.
