I’d love to hear more from you about this. I just picked up the disc and will watch it soon. It seems very artfully assembled but I was also concerned about its logic and message.

Congrats! Detroit has a very tough team! I’m glad it came down to the wire. I don’t see any reason why the Lions won’t be in the Big Game at the end of the season. Enjoy the win and the coming playoffs! Maybe our two teams will meet again before the season is over!? ❤️🏈💥

Agreed! I’ve been having nice conversations with cool people and I’m not always sure how we got started. Posting and replying and even just liking things seems to be rewarding with additional connections! Very refreshing!

Coffee is a beautiful beverage! ❤️ quality coffee and I drink it unadulterated. Not that I don’t love cream and sugar - that just makes coffee a dessert. Right now it is 6:45 am - I’m drinking amazing locally-roasted coffee that I brewed, I’ve got great jazz on the stereo (Yusef Lateef). All is good!

Totally agree! Great album! More Blues… is a very nice follow-up to this one. It seems to me that Oliver Nelson’s solid reputation has faded in the eyes of jazz heads. Perhaps all those 1970s television shows he scored and arranged tarnished his rep to some. '70s TV had a distinct Nelson vibe to it!

This is a very nice feature! Picking up a copy for sure. What I could read from your photos is wonderful. I also like the “buyers guide.” I have all of these recordings in my collection and I agree with your ratings. Ptah and Elements are knockouts but Journey is Exquisite!
