Similar experience; most work has been through X or Facebook recommendations or conversations. That’s why I’m thrilled Bluesky seems to be opening up as a new avenue, but for now it’s a case of this space building up over time. Keep talking, keep sharing, keep learning, keep networking 🙌

I will always champion student radio for being so pivotal for launching so many careers in audio, and what the organisation does year after year entirely ran by the passion of volunteers is truly remarkable!
