We’re all looking for the guy who did this.
Good questions by @danpfeiffer.bsky.social but ultimately a really disappointing / almost smug interview by senior Harris campaign.

Just one example: Quentin Fulks claiming they matched or exceeded Biden's vote share with black voters. Not true!

If you're a Republican presidential candidate, exactly what is your long-term play here? Keep defending your biggest rival for the presidency all the way until he wraps up the nomination?

Just not in the way Jessica Lessin anticipated in her (since-deleted) tweet: https://web.archive.org/web/20230208215948/https://twitter.com/Jessicalessin/status/1587165720684601345

Licht notwithstanding, this is the most unintentionally damning thing about the whole CNN situation.

OK, fine: 2.59 seconds.

This is minor, but detecting a changed sentence in 22 seconds is just about the worst possible example of AI's usefulness. A standard laptop running Python could probably do the same in < 1 second, I'd guess.

This still doesn't make sense to me. The Knowledge Graph cards have existed for a long time already. And to the extent people use search, they want it to be *more* efficient - they don't want to wade through a wordy, time-consuming, and highly computationally expensive answer to a simple question.

There is still a *lot* of weirdness surrounding Tether's quarterly attestations, especially its "shareholder capital cushion" figures - which only change significantly on attestation release dates. (This is not normal!)

Updated the Tether Insolvency Calculator so its Precious Metals investments now track the price of gold.
