This is how every single horrible idea of the past is being restored, both in and out of the legal field: the inability of liberals to say "Absolutely not, you're acting in bad faith. Go away." I now regularly see right-wingers arguing for restored segregation, for women to lose the right to vote.

The Democratic Party is a lost cause. Not to mention I don’t understand how the Republicans executed a flawless 60 year plan to end democracy and the Democrats somehow have no plan. Almost like they’re paid to lose by the richest people in the world or something.
