I say this as someone who very much still sees himself as left of center (or at least, that’d be the case in saner nations.) It’s time to drive these centrist democrats out the damn party. I’m over their bullshit, all they ever do is force us 2 steps back after we’ve moved 1 step forward.

Jokes aside. Hearing the speeches from Mamdani and Cuomo tonight is also a very clear reminder on why the (astronomically) better candidate won. Mamdani dedicate his speech to real, every day New Yorkers, Cuomo kept it focused on the Haves and preserving their power over the Have Nots.

Watching Andrew Cuomo give his concession speech so you don't have to and I'm happy to tell you that he is blisteringly mad. He's talking about what a great job he did and basically giving what would have been his acceptance speech while looking like he might kill someone.

In a crowded shop on Halloween an automated system directed me to line after line. I uttered “gotta be f-ing kidding me…” as I stepped behind a Pimp and his Catboy. Catboy gave me a huge, sweet smile and I was quietly embarrassed he may have felt my ire was directed at them, not the shop’s computer.

Going forward I think I want to make my BlueSky a bit more professionally oriented, keep it how I keep my apt, only putting projects on my wall directly related to me or folks I know. As a result I may keep my tw…skyviews to three megathreads? One for films, one for shows, one for games. Dunno.

Undertale Yellow: Really hard to believe this is a fan game, even improved on the OG in some areas, to the point the more fanon moments took me out of it. The characters will stay with me. A western vibe so strong I had to watch some of my favorites like Godless and Django Unchained straight after.
