“Hollywood Douchebag Producer” who makes things you watch on screens of various sizes...

안녕하세요!
I can’t watch the new HBO series. “I Love LA”, because it reminds me that those influencer douchebags are all over the city.

LA is meant to be enjoyed under crushing poverty where you only get to live like a rockstar 1 night a week. Two if you’re lucky.

It builds character.

I honestly said last night:

“Wait… is this what it’s like to be a modern Republican? Some elected official says some complete nonsense… and they just expect you to ignore reality and cheer them? How stupid is that…?”

The extra comedy here is that she, previous to being White House press secretary… Was found to have been getting paid by a fugitive white collar criminal, while writing op-eds defending him.

I'm just waiting to see how he loots that Tariff money for he and his supporters... before SCOTUS rules that it all has to go back.
November 10, 2025 at 11:13 PM
Gotta loot those bucks before SCOTUS orders you to pay it all back...
November 10, 2025 at 10:52 PM
The only point of that "deal"... was to have a Senate vote that candidates could point to, when families are raging about their new healthcare costs.

It wasn't to actually stop those costs from soaring.

It’s like those massive stacks of binders Trump showed off during his first term we’re just blank paper…

SNAP was not fully funded, as required by federal law.

Once again, the federal law requires that SNAP be fully funded, using the emergency fund. Choosing not to do so, is in violation of federal law.

Hence the reason the administration has lost every court case on their refusal to do so, so far

"Look, we could of let SCOTUS decide that Trump was violating federal law, by intentionally starving poor people... but we decided that would be bad"

Once again, Federal Law mandates the emergency fund be used to fund SNAP.

SNAP needs funding.

The emergency fund has the money to fund it.

Plain and simple.

The Executive Branch cannot legally ignore Federal Law.

That’s how Federal Laws work

To be clear.

Federal Law requires SNAP to be funded by the emergency fund.

There is no discretionary or voluntary wording in Federal Law. Only a requirement.

Your position is that the Executive Branch can ignore Federal Law. Which is curious, given it’s a violation of the Constitution
