It’s important to remember cisgender women getting hurt by this is a feature not a bug as it both makes trans women fearful of existing in public and signals to cis women how they must act to be protected by the state.

I dunno about yall but I have a really difficult time trusting folks who amplify repackaged right wing prop for use on the left/their own communities. I know its often unintentional/internalized bias, but it feels like holding up a mirror and self-reflecting is THE daily practice. Im no exception. 💖
