Best I can make of it is: basket stocks - something something -settlement cycles…anything more u think?

The things I can see - buy pressure from shorts upside down combined with the end of the three-year swap cycle makes it a ripe time for any equity impacting announcements that the algo isn't expecting.
Can't predict actions, but if there was a time to spring a trap, this is it.
