Now, I'm a Deist at heart, and I don't put much value in Christian beliefs, being that actual claimed Christians don't follow the word of their Lord God. But wow, Scott Bessent looks and acts a lot like one of the biblical riders and if i had to guess, he was riding the black horse.

Going through my subscriptions and cancelling anything that funnels money into the tech oligarchs' pockets. Uninstalled FB- no ad revenue from me. Amazon prime? I don't shop online much as it is and prime video's selection sucks these days anyway. Just a reminder that that we can live without them.

sitting in a waiting room this morning while my partner had a 6 hour long cancer removal surgery when I saw the news that the insurance CEO was shot. Im paying out of pocket because the best alternative for us is partial coverage @ 1000 a month with a 15000 deductible. Anyway heres a unrelated comic

Just wanted to put this out there, and I know tip culture is ridiculous right now, but us pizza delivery guys do actually live off of tips, like that delivery fee you're seeing? The ratio depends on the pizza joint but 1/2 of that goes to my gas tank and the other 1/2 goes to the insurance company
