What happened to our offensive line the past 2 weeks???

I think Germany has some pretty good kickers. Wuddya say?

We lose a yard and a half every time the refs spot the ball. That's tough to beat.

I kinda wish we had a few more FGs at this point. Always going for it on fourth seems to be hurting us right now. Well, that and missing when we do kick it

DJ definitely has committed the turnovers and this doesn't account for all turnovers, but our O line hasn't looked the same for those 6 quarters. And I don't buy the "better defense" argument. They held up great against other "better defenses" this season already.

Btw, all my feedback was given to help support you, not discourage you. I really appreciate your support of us fans via #AskJoel and your goal to increase engagement with us fans! And especially your goal to keep up the conversation through the game.

Keep being awesome!!

Yep! Just helping you know I'm not against IndyStar revenue with my ad blocker comment. :-)

(Social media comms suck for this type of nuance. Sorry.)

I figured the goals were mostly around:
1. Single aggregation point, as you said
2. Move content to the IndyStar site (a good thing for many reasons!)
3. Allow others in your team to contribute

I don't think you should give up on it. I think my main suggestion is to lower friction for engagement

And for the inevitable conversation about ads and revenue, unfortunately, this topic has its own Wikipedia page for a reason. Until the industry finds a way to protect me, as somebody who deals with IT security daily, I won't put my security at risk to ad networks.

4. I'm engaging you here and not on X. For reasons that I'm sure you're aware of without saying more. Please don't forget us on alternative platforms even though I understand the numbers don't favor us.

Some feedback on new system:
1. I understand why & don't disagree with the reasons
2. It's pull vs push for social media users. Find ways to push "teasers" per Q to social media for repeat engagement.
3. Ad block blockers are friction for engagement and repeat consumption. Disable them on that page

They did what??! The dude didn't really stop moving forward!!!!

I think the line judge saw a lineman's knee down and thought it was JT's. Definitely an incorrect call. A challenge would've easily won, I think.
November 9, 2025 at 2:51 PM
I just watched the replay a few times. He never went down until the first down line. A lineman had a knee go down, but not JT.

Agreed. But. One player with two individual errors is why we're not 8-0. 😞
November 2, 2025 at 7:12 PM
This has been terrible!! Just as many turnovers as possessions. Never thought about that being possible while still have an offensive touchdown. 😬
November 2, 2025 at 7:10 PM
Nevermind
November 2, 2025 at 7:06 PM
Seems like that's all we want to do today. I really hope those are now all out of our system and we can go get some touchdowns. Especially since this place seems to give shots of Fireball for touchdowns! :-D

#AskJoel What scares you most about these Steelers today?
November 2, 2025 at 5:57 PM
Hasn't he been failing to draft pass rushers for 15 years now? What do you think he can do about it?
October 19, 2025 at 11:06 PM
Shaq Leonard's good years. We had good LBs then.
October 19, 2025 at 10:45 PM
Our defense can't put away a game, sadly.
October 19, 2025 at 10:38 PM
I prefer to remember when the last time was that we were disappointed with fewer than 30 points in a game. We had 2 great WRs and 2 great edge rushers then. And a QB with a tall forehead.
