New Holiday Nougat—Cranberry, Pepita and Cocoa Nibs with Orange Zest. Tomorrow: Cutting in 2x1 inch strips with one side dipped in dark chocolate.

Even students with a 504 or IEP have had less than they deserve (FAPE) in some parts of this country - imagine when the Department of Education is not there to back up students with special needs. Good grief- let’s willingly dismantle the Age of Enlightenment. WTF.🤬

Working on mixed berry Pate de fruit. This small batch was a little too tart and needs caster sugar, otherwise, I think they are marvelous!
