Leg Day Workout 11/5/2025:

- Inclined walk: 20 mins
- Squats: 45 lbs, 4 sets, 12 reps
- Stiff leg deadlifts: 90 lbs, 4 sets, 10 reps
- Seated calf raises: 90 lbs, 4 sets, 10 reps

I keep forgetting to take new accountability pictures at the gym, so here’s one from the archives.

Meanwhile, the queen has finally forgiven me again for removing her little frog house so I could clean it. She’s been attached to it since she first arrived and as a result I have to fight her to vacate it.

My dumb, precious boy… he’s decided he has to announce his presence as often as he can. He croaks when he wakes up. He croaks when he goes to bed. He croaks at the trains. He croaks when he wants company. And now he croaks when he’s about to lunge at his food.
